How Our Bespoke Ring Design Process Works
1. Free consultation. Visit us at Botany Town Centre or email photos of the design you have in mind from anywhere in New Zealand. We talk through metals (yellow, white or rose gold, platinum, or 100% recycled gold) and stones: natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, coloured gemstones, or stones from your own jewellery.
2. CAD design. Our designers create a detailed CAD model of your ring so you can see it from every angle before anything is made. Changes at this stage are easy, adjust until it is exactly right.
3. Approve the design and the quote. You confirm the final design and price before crafting begins, so there are no surprises.
4. Crafted in about three weeks. Your ring is brought to life by our master jeweller with over 40 years of experience, then checked, polished and ready to collect in-store or courier anywhere in NZ.

If you are not in Auckland, the whole process also works by email: send photos of your idea, approve the CAD design and quote remotely, and we courier your finished ring anywhere in New Zealand.

Usually no more than a comparable ready-made ring, and often less than people expect. The price depends mostly on the stone (lab-grown diamonds and moissanite cost a fraction of natural diamonds at the same size) and the metal. Tell us your budget and we will design to it, and you always approve a fixed quote before any crafting begins. Quotes are free and obligation-free.
