WARRANTY & RETURNS

At NZ Jewellers we offer a life time manufacturing warranty on all of our jewellery (T & C's apply, see below).

We firmly believe you will love your new item of jewellery, and that it will exceed your expectations. Because we have a jeweller on-site we are always available to work with you to rectify any repairs that maybe necessary if you damage your item of jewellery and if there is ever an issue that is a manufacturing fault then we will repair or replace the item at our cost, as per the consumer guarantees act of NZ.

If the item of jewellery you have purchased does not meet your expectations we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. During this period you are able to return the item for a full refund of the purchase price. Please review the T & C's for returns below.

Terms and Conditions for Life Time Warranty & Returns

If for any reason your item of jewellery has a manufacturing fault then we will repair or replace the item for you. Once the item is received in-store, our jeweller will appraise the item to determine how the issue has arisen. If the fault is determined to not be a manufacturing fault and instead is due to wear and tear, such as, a knock or being caught on something, then we can repair the item at a reduced cost for you.

To return an item that you have purchased that has not met your expectations the item needs to be returned in as new condition. Please contact us to arrange for the the return of the item purchased prior to sending the item. All custom made jewellery or jewellery with personal engraving is not eligible to be returned, however, all jewellery purchased is covered by the life-time warranty we offer.
