All items that are in-stock will be shipped on the next business day.

Rings that we are crafting in your size & some jewellery that needs to be set with the specific gemstone you have chosen will ship as soon as the item is ready, and usually within 14 - 21 days.

We offer free delivery for all orders shipped within New Zealand. Your order is shipped securely & each package is insured from our door to yours.  We acknowledge every order by e-mail and will advise a delivery date at that time, keeping you informed throughout the process, and the courier tracking details once shipped.

All items being shipped from NZ to another destination country will incur a shipping charge, and please be aware that we do not collect taxes or duty for any country but NZ. Your purchase may be subject to duty and taxes that your own government will want to collect from you as your item arrives with the customs or regulatory authority of your country.
